Only "negative" is the color -it is much more in the gray / charcoal colors - there is really no tan or brown mixed in at all. Since I was going to repaint my BBQ island anyway i just painted it a light gray instead of beige so this doesn't stick out so much. As for the unit itself it is fantastic. Easy to move - nice flame height - attractive design. Really is a nice addition to our patio!

I just received this item on 27 Nov 2012...was NO hardware in box. I talked with Customer service rep and was informed that NO hardware will be supplied with this item. I told them that instructions does NOT give specifics on what is needed for assembly. They were unsympathetic and encouraged order cancellation which I did. I am frustrated because there is NO mention of this on website and customer reps do NOT give information. Please BEWARE.

Rating this on my experience so far. Been looking for this. Saw it, loved it, ordered it, received it in 2 days, set up so easy. Absolutely love it.Great price. Hoping it will last a long time, cant imagine why it wouldn't, seems to be well made. Just stumbled on this website and we are thrilled. Great addition to the pool area.
