Only "negative" is the color -it is much more in the gray / charcoal colors - there is really no tan or brown mixed in at all. Since I was going to repaint my BBQ island anyway i just painted it a light gray instead of beige so this doesn't stick out so much. As for the unit itself it is fantastic. Easy to move - nice flame height - attractive design. Really is a nice addition to our patio!

I just received this item on 27 Nov 2012...was NO hardware in box. I talked with Customer service rep and was informed that NO hardware will be supplied with this item. I told them that instructions does NOT give specifics on what is needed for assembly. They were unsympathetic and encouraged order cancellation which I did. I am frustrated because there is NO mention of this on website and customer reps do NOT give information. Please BEWARE.

We are remodeling our outdoor space and wanted a fire feature/heater for the few days when it is cold here. These are attractive but much darker than the photos with almost no light colored "stone or stacked rock". The price is right. If they give me a chance to update, I will report on how well they do for heating.
