The chairs are incredible for the price. Comfy, well made, and look like real leather. But, it was extremely frustrating to receive two boxes (4 chairs total)with one box missing the assembly hardware package -- washers and bolts. Spent 30 minutes on the phone with them to get this corrected. We will check tomorrow if we can find it ourselves at a hardware store for a 40 dollar discount offered by Hayneedle. They can't send a separate package.
