Great desk for drawing and doing homework. You can put a light source under the desk for easy transfers. Fits into smaller spaces well
I put the desk together myself, and I am not very handy.If you are buying this desk,you are probably a visual person and wont have a problem with the instructions; which only has pictures and no words. All the hardware is included, which was great since I don't own any tools.
For now I am keeping it as two seperate desks instead of the L shape. Maximun weight for the glass top is 25LBS, but seems to be good quality.
I shopped the entire internet for this desk, looking for the best price, and hayneedle offered the best deal. I used a coupon code for 10% off, plus free shipping.The shipping took only a couple days. Overall, I am very happy, I feel that I got a great deal.

This is a good idea if you are looking for a smaller/secondary drafting table to use with the larger table from the same company. You can place a desktop/monitor on the desk portion to make it easy to transfer your drawings into a 3D modeling program without ever moving the drawing. Comfortable to use because of the tiltable top. Nice gray colored frame and blue-tinted glass. Would recommend to others.

I needed a place to sit my paints and brushes and a tilt area to act as an easel. So, this unit does the trick. I put it together while watching an old episode of Gunsmoke. So, it's pretty simple. Comments from people who come to my studio have all been positive. I am pleased with the purchase. They sent an email with a tracking link, so I knew where the table was each step of the way. It arrived exactly when they said it would. I'm happy with the transaction and the table.
