I bought the lamp to go with the glass top drafting table. However, when you attach the lamp to the table surface, you can no longer lay the table flat due to the method of attachment. Also, the neck needs to be stiffer so that it holds it's position better. It is necessary to work with it to find a position that it will stay in rather than putting it in a position you actually desire.

Only half of the LEDs worked and the other half flickered like strobe lights....and the clamp is made of cheap plastic....but cool looking
