This platform bed arrived and we put it together ...no problem.
After the mattress was placed on the bed it is still low enough for our 2 year old to climb up on as this bed was for him.

The bed is perfect, good quality nicely made and appears to be very sturdy and strong to hold a tempurpedic mattress. It took a little longer to assemble than expected as the slates have caps and take a little time to put together however it is a good quality system.

Beds came on time and were very easy to assemble and achieved the look I was looking for. I have been sleeping on it for a few days now and no problem so far. They are a little to large for my previously owned twin size mattress.

We ordered this frame for our new KING SIZE memory foam mattress. Big mistake! Our mattress, like most KING size mattresses, was 76x80, but the frame on the other hand, is 84.5x82.5. Which means the frame sticks out on both sides, and you can see the boards underneath, and there is a large gap between the mattress and the wall at the head of the bed. I figured if we got a KING SIZE frame, it would fit our KING SIZE mattress. But obviously I was wrong. But, if you're looking for a frame that is bigger than your mattress, this is your best bet! And good luck putting it together!!

The bed was really easy to set up and looks really nice, however, it is quite big. It is bigger than the standard size mattress so it looks a bit awkward.
