We got such a great deal on this playhouse with the price match guarantee +10%. It was easy to assemble and is very sturdy. It comes on a pallett and the door and window are already installed. The floor and sidewas are all put together too. You just prep the ground put down the floor attach the four walls then the roof trusses and support. The hardest part was the ground preparation since we but it on paving stones. At first I was thinking I would replace the canvas roof that comes with it with wood and shingles but the canvas roof let's in so much light the inside of the playhouse is bright and cheery. Painted it outside and inside and that mitigated some of the rough edges from the wood frame inside. Also the sidewalls are particle board with wood siding so we used a paint gun to paint the inside. A flooring remnant and some decorative painting on the exterior is all it still needs. I have friends already wanting to build one too and my girls love it!
