Comments about Tasco 20-60x60 Zoom Spotting Scope & Tripod:
I was very happy with the clarity of this scope and the eye relief.
I shoot competition at 25 to 100 yards. The scope is crystal clear past this yardage far exceeding my expectations for a scope in this price range.
The eye relief is more than enough to view with your glasses on without getting close to the eyepiece.
The tripod that comes with the scope is not the best but that was not a factor for my purchase.
The scope was delivered on the date projected when I placed the order.

Comments about Tasco 20-60x60 Zoom Spotting Scope & Tripod:
I bought this spotting scope for everyday use on the gun range. Not a bad scope and the price was right. Unfortunately, the tripod is not well made and does not marry up well with the base of the scope causing wobbly movement. Controls are fairly easy to manipulate. Good at 100 and 200 yards but pushing it at 250 yards if you want to see where your rounds went. I could have done with a lesser case and a better tripod.

Comments about Tasco 20-60x60 Zoom Spotting Scope & Tripod:
This product includes the spotting scope, tripod, soft case with shoulder strap, hard outer case with shoulder strap and a lens cloth. The soft case fits inside the hard outer case. The soft case contains the scope and tripod.
I use this scope for shooting at the range, 50 yards and 100 yards. The image is clear and free of distortion or halo effects. Focusing is a snap.
The tripod is sturdy, well made and easy to set up. With all nuts tightened, the scope is held solidly on the tripod, giving a perfect view of the target. At 20X the scope can be hand held but at higher magnification the tripod is required for a steady view. The tripod includes tilt and pan capability, useful at outdoor ranges where terrain can be uneven.
I have not tested the scope under low light conditions because I don't intend to use it for such.
The only criticism I have is a very minor one: the scope covers do not fit tightly and can fall off easily. It is thus necessary to use some care when taking the scope out of its case, or putting it back in the case, to avoid scratching the lenses on zippers or other hardware.
You could pay a lot more money for a spotting scope but I don't think you will get a better deal than this.

The scope is great. Exactly as advertised. Bought it as a gift and after it came and I tested it, had to order another one for myself.
