Comments about Teeter Hang Ups EZ-Up Inversion System:

I think not! This system is about the easiest to setup and use( I'm 51, 6'2", 230lbs), couple that with the quality and economical price. Why would you buy anything else?

Comments about Teeter Hang Ups EZ-Up Inversion System:

I Bought this product for a challenging abdominal workout; and it is. Also nice to be able to do pull ups in the house. A little odd inverting for the first time, but I got used to it quickly. Great to stretch out the back too.

Comments about Teeter Hang Ups EZ-Up Inversion System:

If you have a strong door frame, this thing works exactly as it should. The two down sides are: (1) hard to store if you don't want to keep the bars attached to the door frame (easy on and off, by the way); and, (2) The inversion boots are not that comfortable. They tend to dig in to the flesh at the top of your feet when you hang. (I'm 235 lbs. If you're lighter, it may not be such a big deal.) However, the inversion boots are more comfortable if you wear hiking boots or similar underneath.

If you're under 250 lbs and have a bad back or want to do inverted sit-ups at home, this think works great.

One last caviat, if you can't do at least one pull-up, you probably won't be able to get on and off by yourself. Enjoy!

      Great Space Saving Inversion System

Comments about Teeter Hang Ups EZ-Up Inversion System:

I have had an inversion table for the last 3 years. We moved to a smaller apartment and therefore I did not have the space available anymore for the inversion table.

This is a perfect replacement as it is a major space saver. An inversion table is much easier to use and more comfortable. However, if you are limited on space, this is the way to go.

This system does offer more range of motion so the stretches and sit ups one can do exceeds that of a table.

Prior to the inversion table, I had gravity boots for about 10 years. These are by far much more comfortable than my previous gravity boots. The little calf hook is a nice optional feature. Not to mention, the at home inversion system sure beats going out late at night to use the monkey bars.

          Quality of the boot buckles

          By Troubleshooter45

          from El Dorado Hills, Ca.

          Verified Buyer

          Pros

          • EZ to use

          Cons

          • Buckles pop off sometimes

          Best Uses

          • Sit ups and align back

Comments about Teeter Hang Ups EZ-Up Inversion System:

I need to replace both boots , one of the boots the buckles have popped off and loosened while hanging upside down and on the other boot one of the straps has a crease in it and may soon brake off.
I do use this product on a Daily basis, just wish the the buckles and straps were more durable.
