A very attractive table at a decent price. Table arrived with a slight hairline fracture. This set is best suited for a covered porch than an open air deck or patio. It's also appropriate for indoor use. Seats are tapered and smaller than standard size, so finding appropriately sized seat cushions can be difficult.

I received my Bistro set order in record time however, the table I ordered was the wrong table. After having to wait through the week-end to call I did call the following Monday, spoke with a very polite person who told me how sorry he was for the mishap, told me to keep the table I got and that they would be sending another table (hopefully the right one) at no charge. I appreciated the kindness and although not knowing what I would do with an extra table I put the table together and found that (although it was very simple to put together) it had lots of cracks in the so called grout and some of the tiles were very loose and came out easily. The grout looks more like plaster and cracks very easily. I'm hoping the next table I get is the right one and better made.

This set is perfect for our deck -- colorful, but not in the least gaudy, and small but not cramped. The table arrived with a hairline crack running through the mosaic top, but Hayneedle was extremely responsive and helpful regarding a refund and possible replacement. The set was well packed and protected, so the crack probably occurred at the point of origin or in manufacture. Hayneedle ships fast and provides excellent customer service (thank you, Mathew), so I will not hesitate to order from the company again.

We absolutely love this table. When the table arrived it did have some cracks in it, but customer service took care of it right away, provided me a credit, and I ordered a placement. Very easy customer service to work with. We LOVE our table and I want to sit out here for every meal. The chairs are nice, but I would recommend getting a cushion if you plan to sit outside for longer than 15 minutes. Enjoy

it looks nicer than it is. The table wobbles because of the way the legs attach to the top. The top is very heavy, and seems like it could take quite a beating, but the legs feel as if they could give out if somebody leans on the table while they're eating. Don't over tighten the nuts that attached the legs to the table either.. they will strip. Reinforcing would probably be a good idea.
