Our table arrived very fast. I was impressed with the packaging because the table had two pieces of circular "Styrofoam" on both sides of the table top that were of the same diameter of the table top to insure maximum protection during shipping. My family was very happy and pleased with the quality, color and handmade craftsmanship of the table after I assembled it very easily in a few minutes. The table comes with a mini monkey wrench piece so that you can tighten the nuts that come with the table so you won't need any tools of your own.
We had a similar table like this one that we purchased a few years ago that cost us $500, that is why this table is a steal taking into consideration that it is handmade fitted mosaic, which gives it more value then machine assembled products. We are first time buyers from hayneedle.com, and we were very pleased with the friendly customer service people they have answering the phone and their wonderful nicely priced products. We would definitely buy again from this company and recommend it highly for anyone who is still considering any future purchases from them.

When I finally got the right bistro table I ordered I was very hesitant in opening it up since the previous table they sent wasn't only the wrong table but it was litterally falling apart. upon opening the 2nd one I found it was indeed the one I wanted. The table is in fair condition (not falling apart but tiles were attached unevenly). I'm not at all impressed but will keep this one because it actually looks decent from a distance and I just honestly don't have the time or the patience to reorder yet again. I won't be ordering anything from this company again.
