The product was great and a great value but the company could have been a little more discreet about it when I ordered. I ordered it around the first of December as a XMas gift for my wife and it showed up on the front porch with a huge picture on the front of the box of exactly what it contained. That totally ruined the surprise. Good thing I got her a lot more gifts. THANKS NETSHOPS!

Love this pan rack. Very strong. Takes a few minutes to assemble but easy to do. Arrived quickly. 1 screw was missing and they immediately sent a replacement, great customer service!

I have a small kitchen and wanted a pot hanger to free up shelf space. I also wanted one with a shelf to hold the lids for the pots. This hanger meets all of those needs and it was a reasonable price. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase.

I bought 2 pot racks after an extensive online search and in store quest. These were reasonably priced and looked great. I put them together as soon as the shipment arrived and couldn't be more pleased. Look and work great in my kitchen. Even came with just enough hooks for all of my pots and pans! AWESOME product!!
