The Perfect Shade Flexi's powder-coated frame, available in a sand or white color, is constructed from commercial-grade non-corrosive aluminum and steel for guaranteed durability. This elite-level unit is designed for residential use with a 10-foot projection, and it can be mounted on the wall in either direction. Other features include a built-in level on the front bar and cross-arm functionality. The awning is manually operated with a hand crank. The frame is covered under a lifetime limited warranty, the fabric has a 10-year limited warranty, and the finish, motor, and electronics have a 5-year limited warranty.
