Wanted to use this for my desk. Was disappointed on the amt of light, way too dim with a 60 watt bulb. I almost returned it but then I tried a 75 watt bulb. It worked so much better. I love the design but wish the butterfly was not on it, only flowers. I thought also that it would be glass. It's more of a plastic mold. Overall though, it's a keeper.
