There is no way to split the review. Hayneedle gets 5+ stars, the product, but 2.
I ordered this table to compliment a pair of wooden chaise's I purchased from Hayneedle earlier last month. Delivery was very prompt as usual for them, but the quality of the table did not match the quality of the lounges. It is indeed 'torched', but the wood almost looks like its what would be used on a crate. Not at all pretty and no pre-drilled holes on the spreader.
I called Hayneedle customer service and was absolutely satisfied. They responded professionally and without question and made the order right.
Based on this experience and my others with Hayneedle, I will continue to buy from them and will recommend them to anyone, friend or foe.

Only 4 out of 16 holes are pre-drilled. Also no instructions in the box. Due to difficulty placing some of the long screws, I nailed several of the connections. The table is still wobbly
