We needed to replace our fire pit and the design of this one, plus its great price really caught my attention. It has a deep pit and will work well on cool nights on our patio. Only drawback - the cover does not fit nicely over the pit, screws to attach the exterior ring limits the ability for cover to sit flush over the pit. Minor design flaw that we can live with.

This is a good looking fire pits but the workmanship are not the greatest. The unit I received was probably assembled on a Friday shift since it was missing two screw holes. I need to drill the holes myself. The cooking grid pin is a joke. It was really short that the grid will not sit without falling down to the pit. I have to grind a groove on the edge of the pin so the grid can sit on it without sliding off. After 1 hour of work, it is finally done for the fire. It looks good and good to go now. Good luck to whoever that receive a same unit like mine. It is cheap so don't expect too much. I will probably use it twice a season and keep it in the shed and out of weather element.

Wanted an outdoor fire pit, found this one on special. Easy to assemble. The ring around the top doesn't fit so well, but doesn't affect operation. As others have noted the cooking grate could use some more monting points.

We bought this as a house warming gift. I assembled it in about 10 minutes. The picture shows a grilling grate on top but the only grate is for the wood to lie on. This is misleading. I thought this could be used for grilling food but will not work for that, but other than that it made a nice gift and will get used.

We were so happy when the box came. It came quickly and in perfect shape. We tried it out right away and were very happy with are first time sitting around the fire roasting hot dogs. Very satisfied.

Sturdily made. The ring around the pit takes a bit to assemble. the BBQ grate is smaller than the "PEGS" it was designed to sit on . It is a Firepit....for that it is rated higher.
