It looks beautiful and is working great. Nice amount of warmth put out, our friends think it's really lovely. Putting it together is a 2 man job, for sure... really good instructions, all parts arrived through the shipping process just fine.

We love our Firebowl table. Great for relaxing in the evenings with friends or family. Had difficulty starting the first time. Called the 800 number and has worked easily since.

Arrived as expected and in good condition. Assembly was easy. I had to subtract a little for the cheap screws...1 seemed to cross-thread way too easily and the philips head on another started to strip when tightening with little force. Luckily there were a few extra in the bag. Once the tank was installed, the added weight must add a little stress to the frame as now the front door rubs when it's closed. Hopefully, readjusting the screws will help (hope they don't strip on the second try). I have to agree with another review...lighting is a bit tricky. I was treating it like a gas-grill, but it doesn't light that way. Make sure you follow the instructions EXACTLY!! Also wish it came with a metal cover for the burner when not in use. Otherwise it's a great addition to our patio.
