Recommended care and maintenance:
Hose off wicker furniture or wipe clean with a solution of mild dish soap and water. Do not use harsh chemicals. If used near a pool, chlorine can cause the wicker to fade overtime. We recommend hosing off to keep chlorine residue from building up. To prolong the life of cushions, store them when not in use. If the cushions do get wet (rained on), stand them on their side to allow water to drain out the seam. Clean cushions with mild dish soap and water. Do not use harsh chemicals.

We got this set after seeing the reviews and our very happy with it. Assembly is super easy-my 12 yr old daughter and I did it. Looks great but a little smaller than I expected. I was looking for a table that could be expanded and there aren't too many out there that look this good and at this price range. The cusion covers cannot be taken out and washed which I didn't realize when I got it, that's one thing I was a little disappointed with. The chairs are comfortable but on the smaller side, not for a big person. We have had it for only a few weeks now and hope it will last us for a while.

We bought this set for our patio a year ago, and we were very impressed with its look and value. Nothing arrived damaged since it was perfectly packed. However, after just a few months, the wicker on the table top started breaking. It was minor at first, but after a while it just got worse and worse. After only one year, we can no longer use the table. According to the description, we assumed it could withstand rain and sun- not so. We also assumed that buying resin over real wicker would give us more durability from this set, but this was obviously not the case.

Many pieces were missing for assembly, and Hayneedle said they did not have "spare parts" to send. Once we acquired the necessary screws, it assembled easily. The size is right for the space we put it. We haven't actually used it for dining yet, so it's too soon to comment on ease of cleaning or comfort. Time will tell!
