The bad news: of 32 pieces (8 place settings in 7 different colors), 5 pieces had glaze issues.
The good news: Hayneedle would have replaced them, but Waechtersbach does their own problem resolution, and they did replace all 5 problem pieces with no questions asked.
Good: Wonderful bright colors! Mix of colors makes a beautiful table.
