This unit does not keep a constant temperature. Not even when frying defrosted foods. No filter to clean grease, or to keep down aroma. I do not find anything good about this unit

I will be using this to fry fish and fries. Have not used it yet, but can not wait. My last one was heavier and lasted 25 years this one is lighter ,hope I enjoy it.
