I use my Weber 22.5 Gold in my BBQ business, and I must say, it's top rated. I have a few other smokers that I use daily too, but I fire this one up daily. I use the Minion method and put charcoal/wood on one side, and use the other side for indirect smoking. I can grill burgers on one side, then put them on the other to slowly smoke and finish off. I do the same with chicken and ribs. I've also smoked briskets, pork butts, smoked bologna and many other meats and veggies. You can't go wrong. It holds heat very well for long periods of time, and with the ash catcher, it's easy cleanup. The hinged grates are perfect for adding charcoal or wood chunks. I can't say enough good thinks about this grill. I'm ordering another one for home, and selling my gas grill on the back deck. I'll also but another for my BBQ business as it grows. A+ product.
