When I ordered it, it looked handy and not heavy. It was too heavy to handle it in the field with soft dirt. Even in the warehouse with concrete floor, I think it is heavy for one person to handle it. Designwise, it is good in mechanism but too Heavy. That's why I returned it without open the package when delivered.
I am waiting for your refund on this product.
I was impressed by your immediate and kind response as I try to return the product because it was too heavy. Can you suggest to me any other light model with manual cranking handle? I would like to hear from you.
