The first one came to us missing the wheels and dented. They did ship a new one immediately. It was still missing a bolt for one of the wheels which you have to install yourself. It is a fairly bulky cart and the handle does not fold flat easily.We bought it because of the price, but it would be worth it to invest in a better one.

I had to have 19" wide and the cart is barely 18 1/2" wide. Now we have to add something to the cart to make it work for our specific need.

Yes, it's perfect and has come into much needed use. Arrived just in time for the many jobs that we needed this cart for. Easy assembly. Even though many commented on the short handle; it works great for us girls since were really not that tall. Easy to store and very light weight for us girls to use. Thanks A Bunch.
