Great idea for small delicates. But, no matter how snug we adjust the width, the rods are so short that they keep falling out. This should have been designed better.

We have a small laundry area, so this works very well.
The only problem we had was getting the screw holes EXACTLY right. If it is not mounted correctly it won't fit in the mounting plates. The template that comes with it is NOT exactly right--at least it didn't work for us. However, it wasn't all that hard to get right.
You will need a level and a drill (for the pilot holes) and a phillips screwdriver.
Regardless, I am very happy with it.
