The chair arrived in perfect condition. I was worried because the box was terribly beat up, but the packing inside was good so there was no damage. I can't wait to finish this chair and give it as a gift! Would order again from this company.

I bought the rocking chair for my granddaughter to arrive in September. I made a reading center with the rocker, basket of books and pillows. The rocker matches several children's chairs that were mine as a child. I love the rocker and am anxious for my granddaughter to be able to use it.

When the child's rocking chair arrived - it appeared to have been sent to a previous customer who tried to assemble the chair, but failed. There were holes on the underside of the seat. Someone screwed large screws on the legs wear it was attached to the seat. Two legs were broken.
Instructions when ordering stated "some assembly required" When delivered the chair was assembled but broken and destroyed. I immediately called service and they apologized and credited my account and asked if I would like another. I will try again.

This chair makes the little ones feel special to have their own place to sit and enjoy the family. They may be in and out of it many times, moving from place to place, but loving it all the while.
