Description
The traditional Winsloh Daybed makes use of a rustic lodge motif by combining beautiful woodwork and a stark metallic frame. This contrast gives this piece a warm, comfortable appearance. The side and back frame bars feature mellow, sloping lines to enhance the inviting feel of this daybed, which boasts fully welded construction with heavy-gauge round tubing and solid wire scrolls. Wood posts come in a Medium Oak finish, and the frame is a deep, textured black. Daybed support system included.
A trundle is an extra mattress frame stored beneath a daybed, which slides out to provide additional sleeping space when needed. Daybeds.com's optional trundle packages include a metal, pop-up trundle. They can be left in the lowered position or elevated in the pop-up position to align with the primary daybed mattress. The pop-up feature allows the daybed to transform from a twin-size daybed into a king-size bed.

I ordered the complete bed with the 2 mattresses and pop up trundle. Couldn't be happier! Great quality, easy to assemble! Don't be alarmed when the mattresses show up rolled up in smaller boxes. They POP up and are full high quality mattresses!

We are very satisfied with our recent purchase of the Winsloh Daybed. It's attractive, was easy for my husband to assemble and he is 80 yrs old. It took a couple of hours and he did it all by himself with me helping only to hold the springs to a level where he could put the bolts in. We didn't order the mattress but bought an inexpensive one locally and it is quite comfortable. We'll only be using the day bed occasionally and it's perfect for our needs. But I think it would be fine for every day use as well.

This day bed will be replacing one we've had for ten years in a guest bedroom. The replaced one is a white metalic one, to which we decided needed to change the mattress. That is when I started looking for a new daybed to replace it too. It had to have browns or tans, since the bedroom walls are painted in those colors. I looked and looked and all and all, price wise, Hayneedle had the best one, [...] We haven't assembled it yet, so I cannot talk about this topic.[...] The photo in the web page depicted the colors perfectly. This is my first time buying from Hayneedle and am completely pleased.
