Received this item within 3 days of purchase and it arrived undamaged. The item was packed wonderfully in lots of styrofoam and cardboard spacers. Directions very straightforward and assembly is easy if you just use common sense. I built the entire piece in 50 minutes and it looks stunning!!! I was so impressed that all of the pieces fit beautifully and realized that my fear based on other reviews regarding a back panel design flaw was unnecessary. The back pieces are made to overlap and if the unit is built correctly, all three back panels fit perfectly overlapped. Don't let other reviews scare you! This is a wonderful piece worth every penny. Kudos on the manufacturing process... beautifully engineered.

We received our package earlier than expected...which was great! BUT after opening the box, we realized it was a FULL ASSEMBLY REQUIRED piece. Once we got all of the parts laid out, we were missing 5 pieces and several of the knobs and bolts.
We had to put all of the pieces back in the box and send it back.
Not a great experience... :(

Very pleased with this TV stand. We have a Sony 50 inch LED that fits perfectly. I love the bright white color. Perfect for a cottage or beach-type décor. Many other stands were off white in color, but this fit in with my other wood pieces.

The ends are cut aprox. 1/8 short. When I put together and tighetened down the Allen screws, the cam locks on the bottom broke. Sorry to say it is poor Chinese manufacturing. It looks great BUT. I put it together kind of Mickey Mouse, it will do for now. Some one should look at there Q/C Dept. Not good at all.

Bought this item last year and there was a missing piece. Sent it back and got two more that had damaged pieces in them. Decided to try again this year and got a perfect one. Went together well. I am very pleased with my purchase. It was well worth the hassle. Great product at an excellent price.
