Product Summary
Slip this lightweight and compact monocular from Barska into your backpack, bag, or purse so you can easily see distant objects at 10x magnification no matter where you go. A sealed O-ring gives it total waterproof protection, so you can watch sports games or birds even when it's raining. BAK-4 prisms and a precise focusing mechanism ensure that everything you see through the monocular is crisp. An ergonomic non-slip rubber grip makes it easy to hold without dropping, and if you do drop it, its shock-absorbing rubber armor will protect it.

Description
The Barska 10x25 WP Atlantic Monocular is a compact and affordable piece no outdoor enthusiast will want to be without. This quality unit is dry-nitrogen-purged and sealed to prevent fogging and moisture damage in all weather conditions. The 5-ounce monocular features a field of view of 303 feet at 1,000 yards and a close focus of 32.8 feet. Precise focusing is easily achieved with the large knurled center-focus knob.
The distinctively designed Atlantic series is versatile enough to appeal to outdoor nature enthusiasts, yet meet the demands of serious hunters as well. These roof-prism binoculars feature solid construction and a green and black rubber armor covering that provides a secure non-slip grip. Internally, BAK-4 prisms and fully coated optics deliver superior optical performance. 100% waterproof and fogproof. Lifetime limited warranty included.

Bottom line: Since you didn't pay so much for this that your afraid to take it with you, you'll have it in your pocket when you want to use it. If you want everyday, functional quality this will suffice, if you want top of the line you'll need to pay more. Welcome to life!

I found the focus to be cumbersome to adjust and the optics seemed fuzzy at long distances. I decided to upgrade to a Vortex after 10 min with these. They have not shown up yet, but I'm hopeful that they're much better quality.

Allows me to read warehouse labels without climbing racks or finding a ladder. Just wish the minimum focus allowed me to get closer so there was less lens shake.
