Crafted from durable MDF, this 8-room house is meant to endure for years to come. Baseboards, crown molding, and other exceptional details reflect the uncompromising craftsmanship that went into the creation of this model, adding fanciful form to an already handsome design. It features pre-assembled windows and doors, as well as front step, staircase, and landing rails, window boxes, chimney, wooden shingles, and sturdy 0.375-inch exterior walls and grooved sidewalls. These ensure easy, one-step assembly, guaranteed fit, and durability. The smooth interior walls are ready to be painted or papered. Recommended supplies include a hammer, fine-toothed saw, glue, utility knife, masking tape, sandpaper, paint, brushes, ruler, and brads. This exquisite kit is suitable for use by collectors. As it includes small pieces, it's not recommended for children under the age of 3.

Very highly over priced. I would never order again as it is really a piece of junk. Paid pver $80.00 for this item that is not even worth sending back for a refund let alone paying the return postage.I will just charge this up to experience and buy from a well known company in the future. I will not recommend this to anyone, sorry I feel I have gotten taken badly. Check the quality of this companys product before ordering.

Although the assembly instrutions were incomplete the doll house was easy to put together. With a little thought and a little previous experience all went well. It is a very study house and will give many years of fun to the granddaughters. I really enjoyed putting this house together

I was surprise of the size. I thought that it was a little bigger then it was. But it was fun putting it together. I put it together in 4hours.
