I guess I was so excited finding this acorn windchime, that I did't pay attention to it's actual size. I am a collector of all things acorn, which was what motivated my purchase. That being said, the item is made VERY well, except barely makes a sound in the wind as it is so small. I'm pleased with it from the collector aspect. But for functionality, I really don't know why the company made a windchime so small. Fortunately, I used my Hayneedle points making it about half price. Otherwise, I would not have been a happy camper!!

As a bell that hangs from the hand of an outstretched monkey on the base step. I need sound. The bell was not near worth the money I ended up with. The idea was cute, though. the use of brass and patina leaf-good. Artistically-above average.
