It's pretty much exactly what I was looking for. The two things I was unpleasantly surprised by are:
1. The numerous rustable parts. Unless I'm wrong, you really have to keep this indoors, only taking it out when you use it.
2. The two front axles go through short tubes welded to the frame. One of them was welded at an angle other than 90 degrees, making the cart somewhat more difficult to maneuver --- it doesn't want to go in a straight line.
And also, why is the access hose not 10 feet long?
I would probably recommend this, with reservations.

Quality Built, easy to assemble. They put enough teflon tape of the fittings to do 12 products, also tape was inside the fittings. This is a good cart for 200 ft of hose but no way 300 ft. If I have to take the time to align the hose perfectly in order get the 300 ft barely on, it's a time loser. Now I have to go find a real one that will handle 300 ft.

I ordered this cart after reviewing many. I had a plastic one that within one year broke. Having heavy rubber hoses that cover 200 ft, plastic just couldn't hold the weight of the hose and water. This arrived more quickly that I expected. It was easy to put together, instructions only left out one detail; make sure the handle to facing front wards when putting it on. I love it. It is sturdy, easy to reel, great quality, and easy to move. This should last a very long time.

We had an old hose reel cart that came with the house when we bought it. We could never get it to connect properly and it was more trouble winding up the hose than by hand. When my husband asked me to order this, I thought it would be a waste of money...but did it so he'd be happy. This is great! The big tires allows you to "four-wheel" it. The crank works well, and it's very sturdy. Great purchase, great delivery. The only problem we had was a terrible petroleum smell in the house the evening we brought it in from the front porch. Wow! We ended up putting it back outside in the rain because the smell was overwhelming.

I was looking for a cart with the capacity to hold at least 200 feet of hose and one that would be sufficiently heavy and stable to allow the hose to be pulled off and rewound without turning the cart over. This cart works beautifully in both regards. It is actually heaverier than I expected, but moves around the yard very easily. The design is excellent! I would have awarded 5 stars except for an assembly issue. One end of the reel has a short pipe attached. A pipe tee attaches to the pipe and a special fitting attaches to the other end of the tee. Unfortunately the threads on the short pipe were fouled with paint and debris so badly that it could not be cleaned sufficiently for the tee to thread onto it. Fortunately I have a set of pipe threaders and I was able to clear out the threads and complete the otherwise fairly straigforward assembly. I don't know if this is a frequent problem, but if so, it would be easy for the manufacturer to perform a trial fit and clean threads prior to shipping. Otherwise, an excellent product.
