The Milano Espresso Wall Wine Rack definitely combines art & function. This item looks amazing when grouping more than one on a wall. Its solid wood construction provides stable wine storage. This wine rack has a deep, rich brown espresso finish that subtly accentuates the wood grain.

This rack looked great until it started to split and crack. I've never put more than 4 bottles in it at one time and stress fractures were created where the bottles would sit. Now I have cracks in the wood and it went from looking like a unique piece that people would talk about when they were over, to a hazard because I don't know when they are going to just fall off.
The rack is heavy and solid, so I am not sure why they didn't think this one through. Its being used for the purposes intended, you would think that the creator would have anticipated something like this, unless they are expecting to display empty bottles!

I love the look of this wine holder. We put it up in the kitchen to hold flavored bottles of martini mixes. We used better screws than what came with the product as we felt it would be more sturdy. There were a few flaws in the wood but it can be touched up with a wood stainer or stick. I bought this based on the modern style it has and I am very happy with it.

Very poor workmanship, assembled from multiple pieces that do not line up, a lot of nicks in the wood, not what I expected. this will wind up in a closet in the basement, not worth sending back.
