I cannot think of anything positive to contribute. Perhaps the response to my request for replacement parts will make me feel better about this purchase.

The package was in bad shape. I suspect some other unsatisfied customer already returned this and it was repacked. I have requested replacement parts using the form included with assembly diagram.
