Product Summary
Search for the magical sea creatures that have, until now, hidden out of view in the rolling waves, with this pair of OceanPro marine binoculars from Nikon. The UV-coated lenses allow you to face the sunlight, not allowing your subject to slide into the shadows for concealment. The waterproof design includes a built-in compass and features a shockproof and fogproof construction, giving you a distinct advantage against any water-dwelling monsters' conventional strategies of distraction. The neoprene strap is made to float, just in case you lean to far over the boat while enraptured by a mermaid's song.

Comments about Nikon 7x50mm OceanPro Center Focus Binoculars with Compass:
Binoculars feel rugged. The compass is responsive. Binoculars need to be held level for compass to function properly. Also the light which illuminates the compass is red. It will only function when the binoculars are held level. Comes with a padded case. Who can beat a 25 year warranty? Good purchase for boaters who don't want to have to baby sit their equipment. These binoculars will take that fall to the cockpit floor during the tack to the windward mark when the rail meat forget to stash them below.

Comments about Nikon 7x50mm OceanPro Center Focus Binoculars with Compass:
I bought this pair of binoculars to replace a pair I've used on the water since the mid-60s. The Nikon 7x50s seem to have excellent optics and are easy to handle and adjust. They fall squarely between the inexpensive, almost disposable products which are almost unusable and the extremely expensive premium products. Presumably the most expensive 7x50s are the toughest in rough service and have the best light gathering ability, but these Nikons appear to be very well made and give a nice crisp image. A great value for anyone who spends time on the water.
