The only reason I gave it a one star is because I like the color. We ordered this umbrella because it was advertised as being very sturdy and resist high winds on the beach. It was not that windy on the beach, but it inverted twice on the beach. Hard to install in sand. The wind blew it out of the sand several times. The ribs are frayed. The screw end is short compared to others I noticed on the beach. It is too flat and not enough air relief at the top. We paid too much to have it shipped. Considering we do not have the original box and have not been able to find a box to ship the umbrella back, I guess we will have to take a loss and keep the umbrella. I thought that your company would at least send us a shipping label for the return to cover the cost of returning the umbrella.
