Product Summary
This compact pair of Nikon Trailblazer ATB binoculars is 100 percent waterproof. The lens is also completely fog proof for use in any weather conditions. Nitrogen fills the cavity to add stability and durability to the frame. Glass is used for the lenses for a clearer viewing experience while rubber is used for the body material for longevity. Each eyecup can be adjusted for the specific needs of the user as well as the general center focus that is built-in.

The big brother of the extremely popular Trailblazer line, the Nikon 8x42 Trailblazer offers the same compact styling, but with more magnifying power. These binoculars feature arsenic-free Eco-Glass optics wrapped it into a tough, rubberized body for comfortable viewing. Features include generous eye relief, turn-and-slide rubber eyecups, waterproof, fogproof performance and bright, multicoated lenses. Light enough for long trips, yet big and bright enough to be your stand-alone binocular, the 8x42 is ready for any adventure.

Went to Africa three days after receiving the binoculars. We used them every day for 9 days on numerous game drives. We were able to focus on game at a distance and up close with relative ease. All in all the binoculars worked just great. One drawback has nothing to do with the lenses and their ability to focus. We lost a lens cap the first day that was secured onto the strap. There has to be a better way to secure the lens caps on binoculars.

They have good resolution even wearing glasses.
A little heavier than expected but not alot.

Service and delivery comments:
Thanks for sending a haphazardly thrown together product. I guess it's new, since that's what your website said. I wouldn't be too sure, since the box came without any seal, the binocs were placed into a crumpled up plastic bag with no seal, the caps were half-on and half-off, the manuals were sloppily thrown in the box, and all the glass was dirty. I purchased this as a gift for someone else and was dismayed at how you sold your products. Unsatisfactory. I would never buy from Hayneedle again. Ever.
