My wind guage has started to make a lound noise while the wind is blowing, from the sound of it I suspect it is the bearing about give out, I have had in service about a year and a half. Also the rain guage part of it has never worked!

This is a good overall product for the price. Easy to set up and seems fairly accurate.The only problem was it came with the wrong A/C adapter.I am still trying to work it out with the manufacturer,but it has only been a few days.

I was hoping this was the version that included the PC connection, but it's not. This is model 1015, not model 1525. This backlight on the display is a little uneven, but other than that, I think it is about the best value feature wise in this price range. The 5-in-1 sensor is great and simplifies mounting rather than having multiple items to mount. The distance the receiver works from the transmitter seems to be better than stated. I would recommend this over the other units I have seen in this price. If you're wanting a better unit than this, you should look at the Davis Vantage Vue, but it will be almost 3x the price.
