Don't be fooled, it may say its made of real wood, but visually it hardly mattered.. the chocolate color is painted on. Please note, you cannot see any of the wood grain. Perhaps if the website showed a better picture, this would have been more evident. For the price I was dissapointed in the quality of the furniture. It has a cheap look to it. But it seemed fairly sturday, came fully assembled (with the exception of the seat legs). Wall hanging was an easy install as well.
Service and delivery comments:
Product was listed as "in stock" and ready to ship. Got an email a few days later saying it was on backorder... delayed 1 month. A month later, got another email. Still on back order... delayed another month. Called customer service (person on the phone was very helpful and nice) and she checked the order and saw that a number of these pieces had shipped out, and that I may receive it earlier than the 2nd email said. That ended up being the case. Total wait was approx. 1.5 months.

I have had my eye on this furniture for a while and took advantage of the Black Friday sale to buy it. It was worth the money and looks great in my foyer. We have a TINY closet that doesn't have room for all our coats, shoes, winter gear, etc. The coat rack came in one piece and the bench was simple to put together--less than 10 minutes. I love it!

I was surprised at how nice this was since the price was very reasonable. Couldn't be happier. An easy way to organize our front hall. Hopefully now the kids will hang up their coats and put away their shoes.
