Ale Double Abaca Fiber Bench

Description

The Ale Double Bench is a stunning piece of modern furniture design, with curling end pieces supporting a long, soft cushion that seats two to three people. The bench's body is made of solid wood wrapped with hand-woven abaca fibers. These fibers are twisted in the weaving process to add interesting texture and to lend them additional strength. The bench's soft foam cushion is covered in a dark brown cloth that contrasts nicely with the somewhat lighter brown of the abaca. Each curled end of the bench contains a central wood accent that anchors the piece.
