The Wine Rack fit beautifully against a small bare wall. As I stacked my wine bottles, I was prepared to attach it to the wall. I checked its sturdiness and found it wasn't necessary. The wine rack is of excellent quality and has a rich look. Since I did not fill the top rack, I purchased a flat tray and placed it on the top layer. I added the Wine opener and few accessories. I am thrilled with my new addition!

Some reviewers have criticized this wine rack however we found it to be perfect for our needs. It is not meant for a fancy, free standing center piece for a room. We wanted a racking system for a closet. We attached it to the wall for stability. The process was VERY quick and simple...and I am no handyman! We are so satisfied that we have ordered two more.
