The Alfresco ALX2-30C 30 in. Cart Model Grill is the pinnacle of portable grilling stations for the professional outdoor chef who can't be tethered down. It's a 30-inch freestanding unit featuring the same commercial-grade stainless steel construction as the Alfresco ALX2 built-in grill head as well as polished accent handles and ignition knobs. Two spacious side tables make it easy to set aside unused tools, cutlery, plates, or food trays so your hands stay free to work grill magic. The base of the unit has two large doors for access to extra storage space as well as the fuel supply. However, the most impressive feature of this cart is the grill itself!

Raise the hood and you'll find 542 square inches of actual grilling space plus a removable, 4-position adjustable warming rack. Two industry-leading high-temp stainless steel main burners put out 55,000 BTUs so you can grill a large serving of meat and veggies thoroughly and quickly. But if time isn't a factor and you're looking for some full flavor, perhaps with a hint of hickory, perhaps the rotisserie or smoker are more your speed. With an integrated fully motorized rotisserie and 15,000 BTU ceramic rear burner, it's never been easier to slow-cook on the grill. There's also a 7,000 BTU dedicated smoker burner and wood chunk drawer for flawless cold or hot smoking. And don't worry about the sun setting on your party and your meal - the Alfresco ALX2 boasts built-in dual high-intensity halogen work lights so you have a clear view of every sizzling portion.
