The Alfresco ALX2-30IRC 30 in. Cart Model Grill All Infrared is here to you're your steaks into the future. Exclusively using infrared burners, this highly efficient cooking station with easily maneuverable cart will save on fuel costs and cook food faster and more thoroughly than the typical brass or steel burner. This 30-inch grill is made from highly durable commercial grade stainless steel with polished accents that looks mesmerizing under that summer sun. Raise the hood and you'll find 542 square inches of actual grilling space plus a removable warming rack. Utilizing two ceramic infrared main burners for fast, efficient grilling, this 30-inch unit is capable of producing a staggering 55,000 BTUs of ultra-hot, highly specific heat.

But if time isn't a factor and you're looking for some full flavor, perhaps with a hint of hickory, the smoker might be more your speed. This grill ahs a 7,000 BTU dedicated smoker burner and an oversized chunk drawer built in. Oh, but the variety of cooking styles doesn't end there! Grilling is great for beef, smoking is great for pork, and for chicken, the best possible flavor comes from a slow-roasted rotisserie. The ALX2 houses a 15,000 BTU infrared burner powered by a built-in motor that slowly turns your bird on a heavy-duty spit so it cooks perfectly all the way around. And don't worry about the sun setting on your party and your meal, the Alfresco ALX2 boasts built-in dual high-intensity halogen work lights so you have a clear view of every sizzling portion. Summer begins when you dine Alfresco! This grill is also available in an LP model.
