The product is pretty much what I expected to receive. Only drawback, it was shipped without the hose.

I ordered 2 of these for our house and we just love them. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is that one of them had a hose missing. I have contacted Hayneedle who will then contact the shipper to get the missing part. I was told we should have it within about 2 weeks or so.

Like that it is made of recycled plastic. Easy to set up. Stable when full of water. Works good.
