It came broken and then I contacted the company and nothing was done about it they said they would send me another and it has been 4 weeks since they said that and I haven't received another.

I had to buy a few different cords to get this moving. It's really nice but the cord it comes with for the lights is so short that the outlet has to be within an inch of the cord.

fountain arrived damage on first delivery but was given an option to replace or credit back. i decided the former. it arrived earlier than expected. the fountain looks exactly as in the picture. very good customer service.
