Before I purchased from hayneedle.com, I did a little research on the web and found some negative feedback about the company and product. I decided to take a chance and I'm glad I did. From the start, the sales associate that took my call on Fiday followed through on this promise to call me back on Sunday regarding a question on the hardware before commiting to the purchase. His name slips me, but he did follow through on this promise and better... offered an additional 10% discount off the order in addition to the free shipping promotion. The order was placed on Sunday 2/17, the scheduled delivery was projected for mid March so I was surprised when I was notified on 2/19 that my item had shipped, that's a 1 business day turnaround. I received my item on 2/25 via FedEx, it was very well packaged too. The directions/assembly were easy, it didn't require any special tools other than what was provided and if I can do it, anyone can. Above all, it's BEAUTIFUL and quality made too. I love it and planning to purchase another. I've researched purchasing like item from their competitors, but Hayneedle offered the best overall value and quality. I am a happy customer!!
