Comments about Angelcare Sound Baby Monitor:
We have the motion sensor monitor as well as this one and I wouldn't have it any other way. We tried another brand of monitor and I was not satisfied so we threw it away and bought this one for our 2 year old. It's a brand we are comfortable using and works great!

Comments about Angelcare Sound Baby Monitor:
this is my first review of anything. having previously been using the sony analog monitor, and getting increasingly frustrated at it's constant crackles and unexplained bursts of static, we had to try another monitor. for not a lot more money we went with this, being digital we were hoping it wouldn't turn itself on and crackle every 5 mins, and we'd be able to get a good nights sleep. it's perfect. in the baby's room we have a fan running, and also at night when we're downstairs in the kitchen under his room making lots of noise, we run a white noise cd. this monitor easily ignores all of that, but will switch on when he starts tapping his pacifer on the side of his crib, or gurggles to himself, and of course when he wakes up crying in the night
do yourself a favour, ditch the analog, and go digital!
