Farmed in Indonesia, every piece of capiz is carefully sorted, dried, sliced, shaped, sanded, and dyed -- all of which contributes to its enchantment in your home. Rest assured that each luminous circle of this best-selling shell chime is strung together with sturdy, invisible, nylon cord, resulting in a high quality, hand-made product.
Wind Chime Length: The length of a wind chime is measured by the overall length of the chime (not tube length) - hanging hook to the end of the sail. This wind chime is24 inches long overall.
This product has a one-year warranty which covers workmanship and material quality. We will replace any products if found to be defective within one year of normal use. Our customer service department will be able to help you with a warranty claim.

PRICEY BUT BEAUTIFUL. STILL IN THE MIDDLE OF WINTER BUT IT'S HANGING NEAR MY KITCHEN WINDOW UNTIL THE SPRING AND THEN, OUTSIDE IT GOES. SO PRETTY TO LOOK AT AND IT SOUNDS SO SWEET. I HOPE TO ENJOY IT FOR MANY SPRING AND SUMMER SEASONS.
