Made by skilled craftsmen in Bali and Vietnam, the Asli Arts Natural Ring 45 in. Wind Chime represents the relaxing, meditative qualities of the Far East. Each piece is handcrafted and hand-painted so no two are alike. Made of non-endangered wood, recycled metal, coconut shell, and bamboo. Plus, it's hand-tuned by musicians that check the sound quality of each tube. This chime is sealed with varnish. For best maintenance, varnish each season and keep piece protected from harsh weather. Small cracks are normal in bamboo. Do not hang in direct sunlight or near heaters. Simply wipe with a damp cloth to clean.

Hayneedle's Customer Service Reps were extremely helpful. I accidentally put the wrong city for my shipping address, and the rep called Fed Ex to make sure that my windchime went to the right place. Now that's Customer Service.

This is a bigger item than I had anticipated, and I was pleasantly surprised about that! I will say that the color was a bit to get used to. It resembles a very bright burnt orange color. The varnish is applied in a way that almost looks vintage because it isn't 100% precise. It was a gift for my husband & he couldn't wait to hang out up. For the price, I highly recommend this item.
