Ordered the 3 smallest sizes and 2 of the shelves had damage. Paint nicks and a smashed in corner. Called Hayneedle and they quickly shipped 2 new shelves. These two shelves arrived damaged as well. Same issues. They seemed like they were packed carefully, but must be easy to damage during shipping. The shelves look like they have some sort of veneer paint on them which is easy to chip. I recommend looking for different shelves for your need.
Service and delivery comments:
Items delivered in a day via Fedex, even on a Saturday. Shipping was free. Hayneedle customer support was very helpful in sending out 2 replacement shelves that arrived damaged. However, these 2 shelves also arrived damaged.
