When my unit arrived it worked well for about 15 minutes. For the 4th of July we used my old unit. I called the company. Once I got a rep on the phone she was very helpful. She sent me out a new unit which included the adjustable regulator. When I recieved the unit I connected the new regulator to my first jet cooker. It appears to work fine. So I returned the new cooker and malfunctioning regulator.
Good news: unit is powerful and very sturdy.Customer service was accomodating.
Not so good news: 1.Regulator appears to be of lesser quality compared to the unit. 2. Rep double charged me until she received old unit. I don't often do this but I needed the unit. I contacted AMEX. They told me to call if the double billing was not taken care of and they would take care of it.
Bottom line: Unit is awesome!!!
