Initially it sounded ok but got louder so I put it on the lowest setting, but water barely runs. It looks great but is not quite as soothing as I thought. It also sucks up a lot of water and water needs to be replaced more frequently than described. My biggest complaints are the pump and the noise level (and assembly directions were poor). [...]

Things that aren't so great about it is that some of the parts like the screws are missing and there are some leaks and it's not symmetrically cut for the top cover part.

We ordered two fountains to flank the entry of our new business. Although the fountains are beautiful, both of them leaked, leaving a small pool of water on our new polished wood counter tops. The pump sound is louder than I thought but in this application, it should not be an issue. We are going to try and seal the leak and work with the splash over for we have disposed of all the packing material making return very difficult.
